Ohio Industrial Waste Rules

 

On August 1, 2006, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency unveiled a new strategy for the regulation of industrial waste, including new proposed rules for the siting and design of disposal facilities for such waste.

The public comment period for this rule package ended on November 1, 2006.
