At Bricker & Eckler, we have a history of promoting and perpetuating the cycle of diversity by electing women and minorities to
the partnership and other leadership positions. Over the years, we have strived to make sure the firm, from top to bottom, reflects the
communities and businesses we serve. Recruiting and retaining women and minorities is of great importance to the future of our business,
our clients and our community. Because of this, we have a practice of hiring, recruiting, and promoting diverse attorneys, as demonstrated by the Diversity Policy developed by our Diversity Committee.
Bricker & Eckler is pleased to support these principles with internal initiatives, such as the
Walker Link Leadership Group, an affinity group which strives to provide opportunities and enhance the
quality of work life for African American attorneys at Bricker & Eckler and throughout the legal community.
Our
Women in Networking (WIN) group focuses on boards and community/professional organization involvement,
charitable giving, and relationship building with local business women. Along with these efforts, the firm partakes in a number of
additional diversity initiatives.
At Bricker & Eckler, we recognize the value in diversity, and we work to maintain it in our workplace and in the legal field.
As our firm strives to recruit, retain and increase involvement in leadership positions by women and minorities,
we continue to perpetuate the culture of diversity for the future benefit of our business, our clients and our community.
